I can't accept misery 
J'suis pas heureux mais j'en ai l'air 
J'ai perdu le sens de l'humour 
Depuis que j'ai le sens des affaires 
 
I'm not happy, but I look like I am  
I lost humour sense

Au fond je n'ai qu'un seul regret
